Jennifer Love Hewitt

Jennifer Love Hewit
Early life and career
Hewitt was born in Waco, Texas, to Herbert Daniel Hewitt and Patricia Mae Shipp. Her father is a technician and her mother worked as a speech-language pathologist. Hewitt grew up in Harker Heights, Texas. After the divorce of her parents, Hewitt and her only sibling, Todd Hewitt, were brought up by her mother. Her first name was given to her by her brother, after a girl he was fond of as a youngster, while her middle name, "Love", was given to her by her mother after her best friend in college.
As a young girl, Hewitt was attracted to music which led to her first encounters with the entertainment industry. At the age of three, she sang "The Greatest Love of All" (as recorded by Whitney Houston) at a livestock show. Just a year after that, at a restaurant-dance hall, she entertained an audience with her version of "Help Me Make It Through the Night". By the time she was five, Hewitt already had tap dancing and ballet in her portfolio. At nine, she became a member of the Texas Show Team (which also toured in the Soviet Union). At the age of ten, at the suggestion of talent scouts, she moved to Los Angeles, California, with her mother to pursue a career in both acting and singing.
After moving to Los Angeles, Hewitt appeared in more than twenty television commercials. Her first break came as a child actor on the Disney Channel variety show Kids Incorporated (1989-1991). In 1992, she played Pierce Brosnan's daughter in a pilot for NBC called Running Wilde, which featured Brosnan as a reporter for Auto World magazine whose stories cover his own wild auto adventures, but the series wasn't picked up and the pilot never aired. She later played on television in several short-lived series, such as Fox's Shaky Ground (1992–1993), ABC's Byrds of Paradise (1994), and McKenna (1994–1995). Finally, Hewitt became a young star after landing the role of Sarah Reeves on the popular Fox Television show Party of Five (1995–1999), joining the cast during its second season. She continued the same role in the short-lived Party of Five spinoff, Time of Your Life (1999). Hewitt was also one of the producers, but the show was cancelled after only half a season. She won sexiest woman of the year in 1997.

Film and music career
She made her film debut in the independent film Munchie (1992). Hewitt became a film star after a lead role in the horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997). The film had great box-office appeal (125,000,000 U.S. dollars worldwide), and Hewitt became one of the most popular young stars in the USA (together with her co-stars: Freddie Prinze Jr., Ryan Phillippe, and Sarah Michelle Gellar). She also played in the sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998). Other notable film roles included the high-school comedy Can't Hardly Wait (1998) and a starring role with Sigourney Weaver in the romantic comedy hit Heartbreakers (2001).
In 2000, Hewitt appeared in The Audrey Hepburn Story. That same year, she was the "most popular actress on television" due to her Q-rating (a measurement of a celebrity's popularity) of thirty-seven. For that reason, Nokia chose her to become its spokesperson, because of her "fresh image", and her being "a symbol of youthfulness and wholesomeness". In 2002, she was paired with Jackie Chan in the action comedy The Tuxedo which was a box office bomb.
Since September 2005, Hewitt has starred in the television series Ghost Whisperer. In Australia, Ghost Whisperer has been popular since its introduction; in the United States, the show averages 9-10 million viewers for each new episode.
To date, she has released four albums with some success, most notably in Europe and Japan. Her first album was released in Japan, where she is widely considered a pop star. Her explanation for her success in Japan is that the Japanese "love perky music. The poppier the music, the better."
In March 2005, Hewitt was featured in Maxim magazine and their Girls of Maxim gallery. In May 2006, the magazine named her #29 in their Hot 100 list.
Hewitt has also auditioned for many roles. She lost the role of "Juliet" in Romeo + Juliet to Claire Danes at the last moment. She also had to give up the role of "Darlene" in Brokedown Palace because of scheduling conflicts. Hewitt also auditioned for the role of "Elektra" in Daredevil.

Brook is 5 feet, 8 inches (172 cm) tall, and her voluptuous figure caught the eye of the editorial team of the Daily Star who began featuring her as a Page Three girl.
Brook's picture soon began appearing in other lad mags such as FHM (repeatedly landing in its list of the "100 Sexiest Women of the Year") and Loaded. She topped the 'FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2005' list, which was said to have polled 15 million people. In a poll over 5000 women in April 2005 for Grazia magazine she was considered to have the best British female body. She ranked 5th at 'FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2006' list.
Brook has also done a large amount of commercial swimwear, sportswear, and hosiery modeling, and a limited amount of nude & semi-nude modeling. Recent modelling work for Triumph Bras caused quite a stir because of specially commissioned 50-foot high billboards of Brook's bust.
In 2005 Brook shot a ten page black and white portfolio with legendary photographer David Bailey. The shoot featured in British design magazine October 2005 issue of Arena magazine.
In 2006 she released successful ranges of swimwear and lingerie at New Look stores nationwide.

She recently starred in a Marple drama on ITV. Jaime Pressly

Personal life

Pressly was born in Kinston, North Carolina to James Liston Pressly and Brenda Sue Smith. She has a sister, Jessie Pressly and a brother, Jim Pressly. Pressly spent 11 years studying gymnastics and dancing.
By the time she was 14, she was already the spokeswoman for her modeling agency, "International Cover Model Search", and she had begun to gain recognition for her modeling in the USA, as well as in Italy and Japan. Pressly attended Costa Mesa High School in California, where her mother had moved while her parents were going through the process of a divorce. Jaime subsequently sought and succeeded to have herself legally emancipated from her parents at the age of 15.
One persistent rumor is that Pressly married a man named Brodie Mitchell in 1998. Pressly, who has never married, has stated she has heard of Mitchell but does not know him. Mitchell apparently has made enough claims about being married to Pressly that some sources have reported it as fact.
Pressly dated her Jack and Jill co-star Simon Rex in 2000 and 2001. In a December, 2001 interview with Howard Stern (the same notorious interview in which she said that he looked liked he got "slapped [with] a yarmulke"), she claimed that Rex "dumped me on my birthday." She was later linked to Carson Daly.[citation needed]
In October 2006, she became engaged to her boyfriend of a year and a half, DJ Eric Cubiche, whom she had previously been friends with for 9 years. They are currently expecting a baby boy and have picked out the name Dezi James. In a February 2007 interview on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Pressly said she wants the child to be bilingual (English/Spanish). The child is treated to music from Pressly's iPod, played through earphones held to her tummy.
Pressly said in a 2006 interview with Esquire magazine that she almost purchased a ticket on one of the planes that crashed into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, but decided not to take the flight because she felt it left too early in the morning. She said she doesn't like to talk about it.

Career
Pressly starred as "Violet" in the 1997 film Poison Ivy: The New Seduction. In 1998 she played a recurring role as the assassin Mika in the TV action series Mortal Kombat: Conquest. In 1999, Pressly was cast as the promiscuous dancer "Audrey" on the television show Jack & Jill.
Pressly starred in the independent film Poor White Trash, playing scheming gold-digger Sandy Lake. She subsequently appeared in a number of widely released films, including Not Another Teen Movie (playing a stereotypical high school cheerleader) and Torque, as a crazed motorcycle-riding criminal.
In 2001 she was made the new spokesmodel for Liz Claiborne Cosmetics and its fragrance Lucky You. Pressly has posed nude for the March 1998 and February 2004 issues of Playboy. She has performed with the band The Pussycat Dolls. In 2002, she was ranked #8 in Stuff magazine's "102 Sexiest Women in the World". In 2003, she launched a lingerie line, J'Aime, which has now become a full sleepwear and ready-to-wear line. In 2006, Maxim magazine named her #34 on its annual list; she is also featured in their[6] gallery.
She also appeared in a number of music videos, including Girls of Summer by Aerosmith and a cover of Tainted Love by Marilyn Manson.
In 2006, Pressly was an honorary captain for Minor League Baseball's Carolina League in the California League/Carolina League All-star game in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Her hometown team, the Kinston Indians, is a member of the Carolina League.
On May 31, 2006 she hosted the first annual VH1 Rock Honors.
Pressly currently appears on the hit NBC sitcom My Name Is Earl as Joy. In July 2006, she received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on the show. Lately, Pressly plays the role of Tina Armstrong, in the movie based on the popular video game, DOA: Dead or Alive.
She hosted the October 7, 2006 episode of Saturday Night Live with musical guest Corinne Bailey Rae. Prior to this, she guest starred on an episode of MADtv from season eleven, where she played Hillary Clinton in a parody of the NBC sitcom, "My Name Is Earl" called "My Name Is Dubya", where George W. Bush (Frank Caliendo) makes a list of all the bad things he's done in the past and rectifies them one by one (one of which was lie to Hillary Clinton about his political beliefs so he can have sex with her).
